How Do I . . . View other Profiles attached to a Reservation?

Every reservation has at least one primary Guest profile attached.

To view other attached profiles,

  1. Open the Manage Reservations screen and select the Connected Profiles jump.
  2. Select the Associated Profiles bar to view the Company, Travel Agent, Group, or Source profiles attached to the reservation; select the Accompanying Profiles bar to view other guest profiles attached to the reservation.
  3. To view an attached profile's details, select the profile's name link.

Shortcuts to attached Profiles:

You can access attached profiles for reservations using the indicators. Indicators are available in the Reservation at the top of the screen, in the Reservation search results for that reservation, or in the Actions menu.

To quickly view the Accompanying Guests profiles, select the top Accompanying Guest indicator: Accompanying Guest Indicator

To quickly view the Associated Profiles, select the top Associated Profiles indicator: Associated Profiles icon
