Blocks How To - How do I make changes to a Block reservation?
You can make changes to a block reservation while in the Block or from the Block Search screen.
Making changes to a block reservation from the Reservation Search
1. Select Bookings > Manage Reservations.
2. Enter search criteria such as the guest's name, block name, or partial block name to narrow the search.
3. From the results listing, select the reservation's confirmation number to open the reservation. Alternatively, select the corresponding indicator or the Actions menu for that reservation to make the changes.
Making changes to a block reservation from the Block Reservations jump
1. In the block screen, select the Reservations jump. (Alternatively, select I Want To.... > More Actions...)
2. Select Manage Reservations.
3. From the results listing, select the reservation's confirmation number to open the reservation. Alternatively, select the corresponding indicator or the Actions menu for that reservation to make the changes.
