Adding Tax ID Fields to Profile Search

You can add Tax ID fields to the Manage Profile Advanced Search screen to aid in searching for profiles that have Tax ID and Tax ID 2 numbers.

To add Tax ID fields to Manage Profile Advanced Search:

Use the Property Inspector screen customization tool to add Tax ID and Tax ID 2 fields to a profile:

Search and open a profile in Manage Profile.
Select the Open Setup icon at the top of the screen.
Place a check in the Property/Hub level check box.
Save and confirm.
After the system refreshes, search and open the profile in Manage Profile.
Select Additional Details.
Select the Property Inspector icon in the Additional Details section of the screen.
When Property Inspector text appears, select it.
On the pop-up, select add Tax ID fields and any customizations needed.
Select Save Changes, then Close.
Select Edit and enter the profile’s tax ID in the Tax ID field(s).
Save.
