Copying Accounts to Other Properties

The Account Setup screen in Manage Accounts Receivables allows you to copy accounts from one property to multiple other properties from the Hub.

To copy accounts to other properties:

From the Hub level, open Manage Account Receivables in the Application
Search by property name for accounts.
From search results, select the account number of the account you want to copy to other properties
When the Manage Account Receivables work space opens, select Account Setup.
Select Distribute, then one or more properties to receive the account(s).
A status message shows successfully and failed distribution of accounts.
