How do I print current cashier reports? How do I reprint a cashier closure report? What is the difference between Cashier Reports and Closure Reports?
Current Cashier Reports Screen
The Current Cashier Reports option on the Cashier Reports screen generates a report of the transaction activities handled during the shift. Reports are created based on the cashier's ID.
Use Current Cashier Reports to create two types of reports:
(1.) Creates reports covering the cashier's current shift; (2.) Make no selection to print a report of all transactions. Select one if printing a specific transaction; (3) Displays transactions performed by the cashier based on the transactions selected, i.e., Cash, Check, etc. |
Note: Reports are based on cashier ID regardless of property, unless one or more property names are entered in the Property field.
Reprint Cashier Report Screen
The Reprint Cashier Reports option on the Cashier Reports screen provides the ability to locate and reprint reports from previous cashier closures. You can locate previous reports by entering or selecting information in the following three mandatory fields: Property, Cashier ID, and Closure No. The Closure Date field is optional.
Use Reprint Cashier Report to create two types of reports:
(1.) Creates reports covering the previous cashier shifts; (2.) Make no selection to print a report of all transactions. Select one if printing a specific transaction; (3) Displays transactions performed by the cashier based on the transactions selected, i.e., Cash, Check, etc. |
Note: After selecting a transaction for either Current Cashier Reports or Reprint Cashier Report functions, a list of transactions matching your selection appears on screen. You can change the list of transactions by selecting a different transaction, for example, if all Cash activities are displayed, selecting Credit Card changes the display to all credit card activities.
