Managing Guest Wake Up Calls

The Wake Up Call Companion on the Reservation Workspace lets you create guest wake up calls, view call status, and generate call reports. You can manage wake up calls for reservations currently in-house.

Use Search to find wake up calls set for a property by date. Search results include room numbers, block codes, call status, and call status.

To create a guest wake up call:

  1. Select Wake Up Call Companion on the Reservation Workspace.
  2. Select New.
  3. Enter a guest room number, date, and time of call.
  4. If the reservation is a block reservation, you can enter the block code.
  5. Indicate whether a follow up call time is needed and enter any notes.
  6. Select Save.
