Membership Jump - Profiles

Prerequisites

A guest may be a member of multiple airlines’ frequent flier programs, as well as a member in the resort's loyalty program. You can choose from these multiple available memberships to decide which ones should be used for a particular reservation. Membership information is stored on both the guest profile and on the reservation.

Membership Jump link

The Membership jump link on the Profile screen shows the total number of configured Memberships for that profile, excluding Memberships that are inactive.

Membership jump link

The Membership jump link on the Reservation screen shows only the number of Memberships that are attached to the Reservation to which membership points will accumulate for that stay. Additional Memberships can also be added to the reservation, upon which they will be included in this total.

Note: If the Default Membership Type parameter is set and the guest has an active membership of that type on their profile, then this jump will be populated with that membership type and the jump link will reflect that in the total. This can be modified in the jump.

Membership Jump Screen

The Membership jump on the Reservation screen is used to attach (or detach) memberships to the reservation. From this screen you can also create new, edit or delete a membership, or mark a membership as inactive. See the Actions/Options below for instruction.
