Printing the Backorder Report (PPBO)

Purpose: Use the Backorder Report to gain visibility into which items have been ordered for an offer, but are currently unavailable. This report enables you to identify when delivery of the item(s) is expected and determine the quantity due as compared to the quantity required.

How to display this screen: Enter PPBO in the Fast Path field at the top of any menu or select the Print Backorder Report option from a menu..

Field	Description
Offer	The code for the catalog, space, or television advertisement from which you accept orders. The Backorder Report includes the offer you specify here. See Working with Offers (WOFR). Alphanumeric, 3 positions; required.
