3 Maintenance

Filtering Tasks

You can filter tasks by either task status, locality, and room status.
  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-37-19-0001.png Filter.
  2. Tap the filters to select them.

    Selected filters are highlighted, for example: img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-38-11-0001.png img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-38-11-0002.png img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-38-11-0003.png

    img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-38-32-0001.png indicates the number of filters selected.

  3. Swipe up or tap img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-38-43-0001.png Filter to close the filter selection.
  4. To clear all the filters, tap img/Document1-2016-01-25-09-39-02-0001.png Filter and select Clear All.

Sorting Tasks

  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document3-2016-01-25-09-42-15-0001.png Sort.
  2. Tap Low- High to sort the tasks starting with the lowest number.
  3. Tap High - Low to sort the tasks starting with highest number.
  4. Tap New - Old to sort the tasks starting with the newest task.
  5. Tap Old - New to sort the tasks starting with the oldest task.
  6. Tap Reset to sort the tasks by room number.

    img/Document3-2016-01-25-09-43-45-0001.png indicates a sorted list.

Searching Tasks

  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document4-2016-01-25-09-45-28-0001.png Search.
  2. Tap the search bar, and then enter search text.

    img/Document4-2016-01-25-09-46-28-0001.png indicates that search criteria has been entered.

  3. To clear the Search filter, tap the search bar and then tap img/Document4-2016-01-25-09-47-03-0001.png.
  4. Swipe up or tap img/t_searching_tasks-2016-02-22-13-39-12-0001.png Search to remove the search bar.

Adding Maintenance Tasks

  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document5-2016-01-25-09-52-58-0001.png New. Maintenance task is the default.
  2. To add a cleaning task, tap Cleaning.
  3. Select a location type. The default is Room.
  4. Enter or select a location.
  5. Select the task reason.
  6. Select the task priority. The default is normal.
  7. Tap img/Document5-2016-01-25-09-54-50-0001.png to take a picture.
  8. Add any additional task details, and then tap Submit.

Viewing Out of Order Rooms

Out of order rooms are not available for sale.
  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document6-2016-01-15-14-33-50-0001.png Filter.
  2. Tap img/Document6-2016-01-15-14-34-22-0001.png Out of Order.
  3. Tap the room to view the dates and the reason the room is out of order.

Viewing Out of Service Rooms

Out of service rooms are temporarily unavailable but can be brought back at any time, for example, rooms on a closed floor.
  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document7-2016-01-15-14-36-23-0001.png Filter.
  2. Tap img/Document7-2016-01-15-14-36-44-0001.png Out of Service.
  3. Tap the room to view the dates and the reason the room is out of service.

Resolving Maintenance Tasks

  1. On the Maintenance screen, locate the room.

    A plus sign followed by a number img/Document8-2016-01-25-10-15-25-0001.png indicates the number of additional tasks for the room.

  2. Tap img/Document8-2016-01-25-10-15-38-0001.png to see the additional tasks.
  3. Tap Resolved img/Document8-2016-01-25-10-16-39-0001.png.

Marking Maintenance Tasks as Unresolved

  1. On the Maintenance screen, tap img/Document9-2016-01-25-10-18-30-0001.png Filter.
  2. Tap img/Document9-2016-01-25-10-19-06-0001.png Unresolved to clear, and then tap img/t_unresolving_maintenance_tasks-2016-02-22-14-01-28-0001.png Resolved.
  3. Tap Resolved img/Document9-2016-01-25-10-19-16-0001.png.
  4. Select the room.
  5. Select the task to be unresolved, and then tap img/t_unresolving_maintenance_tasks-2016-02-22-14-03-32-0001.png Unresolved.
