An Annotation that can be used to annotate methods of a Rest Resource class to define pre actions to be invoked before the endpoint method is invoked. For example, annotating a method in the Rest Resource class with PreAction("login") will define a pre action to be called before the login endpoint is invoked, where "login" is the name of the endpoint method.
