The platform upon which Guided Navigation solutions are built. Oracle Commerce Guided Search is made up of the Information Transformation Layer, the MDEX Engine, and the Assembler.

Note that in earlier versions of the software, Oracle Commerce Guided Search was called Oracle Endeca Commerce. The latter term is used in some areas of the documentation. The terms are synonymous.
