This method configures SSL by setting the trustStorePassword and keyStorePassword properties stored in OCS as system properties. And returns true if SSL properties: javax.net.ssl.trustStore, javax.net.ssl.trustStoreType, javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword, javax.net.ssl.keyStore, javax.net.ssl.keyStoreType, javax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword are set as system properties. Otherwise returns false.

returns true if all the SSL properties are set. Otherwise returns false
