Modifying Table Display Properties

Users can modify table display properties such as changing to Detail, List and Grid views, and the number of rows displayed on a page.

To modify display properties:

  1. From the Tools menu, choose Data Editor.

  2. In the Actions column of the table you want to view, click the Available Actions icon and choose Maintain. This displays the table

  3. You can modify the following properties:

Change Views - Use the view icons at the top of the page to switch to the following views:

 Displays the records in Detail view.

 Displays the records in List view.

 Displays the records in Grid view.

 

Number of rows per page - In the Items per page pop-up list at the bottom of the page, select the number of items you want displayed on the page.
