Once you have saved video links to the Video Archive, you can review and modify the saved entries. Based on your user privileges, you may see video links saved by other users, or just those you have saved. Video files can also be uploaded and saved with the archived video link for you or another user to download and view at a later time.
To upload videos:
Display the Video Archive by choosing Video Archive from the Tools menu or clicking the Video Archive button on the home page.
Click the Video Library icon 
in the row of the video link for which you want to upload a file.
In the Video Upload dialog, click the Browse button and locate the file on your file system.
Select the file and click Open. Tip: Prior to clicking Open, you can change the file name to a more descriptive one if you want.
In the Video Upload dialog, click Submit. This uploads the file to the database.
The Video Library icon changes to a Download Video icon 
and a Delete Video File icon 
is displayed next to it.
Click the Download Video icon to view the video file that has been uploaded.
Click the Delete Video File icon to delete the video file that has been uploaded.
If you view a video link from the Video Archive and decide that you need to change the start and end times or the number of the camera to obtain an alternate view, you can do so, just as you are able to in the Video Queue.
To retrieve video:
Select the row of the video link you want to execute.
In the Camera field, review the camera number and enter a different number if necessary.
In the Start Time field, review the start time of the video and enter a different time if necessary.
In the End Time field, review the end time of the video and enter a different time if necessary.
Click on the Video Link icon 
to execute the video link with the new parameters.
To view video sent to the Video Archive by other users, click the arrow on the drop-down user list above the Comments box. This list displays all of the other users whose video links you have permission to view. Click a user name to retrieve their video.
When you select a video link row, the comments that you entered when you sent the video to the Video Archive are displayed in the Comments text box above the video link grid. You can modify the comments if necessary.
Deleting uploaded video files
When you download a video, you may decide upon reviewing it that you need to re-capture the video using different parameters (see Executing Video Links). In that case you can delete the uploaded video by clicking the Delete Video File icon.
Deleting archived video links
You may decide on reviewing a video in the video archive, that there is no need to save the video for further review. In that case, click the Delete icon 
in the row of the video link you want to delete. This will also delete any video files that have been saved.
