Once you have imported your data and published it as an Intelligent Cube, you can make changes to the way your data is imported into XBRi project metadata by modifying the definition of the Intelligent Cube. Once you have finished editing the definition of the Intelligent Cube, you must publish your data to save your changes.
This procedure assumes you have already imported your data and published it as an Intelligent Cube.
To edit an Intelligent Cube that contains imported data
Navigate to the location of the Intelligent Cube you want to edit.
Right-click the name of the Intelligent Cube, then select Edit.
To edit your imported data, you must redefine how your data was imported and published. For example, to edit an Intelligent Cube created from data imported from an uploaded file, you must first specify the file you used to upload your data. Do one of the following:
To edit data imported from an uploaded file, you must first select and re-upload the file from which you imported data. You can then define attributes and metrics, change incremental refresh settings, specify column mapping options, and so on. For detailed steps to select importing options, see Importing data from a file.
To edit data imported from a URL or UNC path, you must first specify the URL or UNC path of the file you used to import data.
