Changing a candidate query to an opened query

1. In the navigation toolbar, click Queries.

   The Query Listing page appears.

2. From the Query Status drop-down list, select Candidate. Optionally, use the drop-down lists to filter the queries by site or subject.
3. In the Description column, click a query link.

   The Queries page appears.

4. Click Place Query in Opened State.
5. In the Reason for change field, enter the reason for placing the query in the opened state:
   • From the Action drop-down list, select the appropriate text.

     or

   • Select Other, and type the reason in the text box.
6. Click Submit.
