Deleting a candidate query

1. In the navigation toolbar, click Queries.

   The Query Listing page appears.

2. From the Query Status drop-down list, select Candidate. Optionally, use the drop-down lists to filter the queries by site or subject.
3. In the Description column, click a query link.

   The Queries page appears.

4. Click Delete Query.
5. In the Reason for change field, enter the reason for deleting the candidate query.
   • From the Action drop-down list, select the appropriate text.

     or

   • Select Other, and type the reason in the text box.
6. Click Submit.
