Completing Roadmap and Task Tool Templates

You can complete an activity assigned to you from the Roadmap page. The image indicates that a tool (e.g., completing an FMEA tool) is present and you must updated it before completing an activity or task.

  1. From the Projects page, select your project and navigate to the Roadmap page (Project #) > Go To > Roadmap.
  2. From the Roadmap page, select the activity and click on the Documents tab.
  3. Click the Template link to download the tool template. Make the necessary changes outside the EnterpriseTrack system and save the file.
  4. Click the Upload link to upload your file. Once you have uploaded your file, you will be able to see the revision history and edit and delete the tool.
  5. Use the Current link to view or save the most current version of the tool. The Revisions link allows you to view the history and the contents of each version of the tool.
  6. Select the General tab, and modify the Percentage Complete and change the Status to Completed.
  7. Click the Save button to complete an activity.
