The Ready to Remove blue LED on HDDs might flicker during normal operation. The flicker is visible with the front cover removed and is easy to differentiate from the LED being in the Off state or the LED being in the solid On state. This flicker does not indicate an error. Do not interpret this flicker as an indication that the HDD is ready to remove.
