Audience

This document is intended for those who will be setting up, installing, and operating the Oracle MICROS Workstation 6 Series, which includes the 610, 620, and 650 workstation configurations. It is not specific to a particular software application.

Admonitions

Unless specified, the information in this document applies to each configuration of the Workstation 6 Series.

The following symbols may appear in this document:

Depending on the type of power switch your device has, one of the following symbols may be used:


This figure shows a black vertical line.

On: Applies AC power to the system.

 

This figure shows a black hollow circle.

Off: Removes AC power from the system.

 

This figure shows a black circle with a vertical line in the top area.

On: The On/Standby switch is in the standby position.
