Use this page to remove personal data on behalf of a user. This page is only available, if you have sufficient security privileges.
To remove all personal data for a user:
In the entry field, enter the email address of the user.
Press Submit. The system verifies if the email address is associated to an existing user account and the user can be anonymized.
If the user exists and there are no open orders for the user, the Anonymize button is enabled. Press the Anonymize button. The system anonymizes the data. When the process is completed, a success message is displayed.
If the user does not exist, an error message is displayed. The Anonymize button is not available and does not display on the page.
If the user exists, but there are open/pending orders for the user, the Anonymize button is disabled. An error message is displayed. You need to close/cancel the open orders and make the request again.
