Working with Ability Sets

Ability sets determine the functions that a user can perform.

You can create and manage ability sets of users.

To work with ability sets

1. From the main navigation pane, click the Entities and Ability Sets tab.
2. Ensure the Define Ability Sets tab is selected.

From the Ability Sets toolbar, you can:

• use the View menu to display and hide table columns or reorder columns
• click to create an ability set
• click to edit a selected ability set
• click to delete an ability set
• click to run a query by example
