- Log into the Siebel Smart Answer Administration Tool by specifying a username, password, and the knowledge base you want to connect to.
- Back up your existing corpus.
- Prepare and import the corpus.
- Validate the corpus.
- Assign categories to your corpus entries.
- Benchmark the knowledge base model.
- Analyze and tune the knowledge base model.
- Build the knowledge base model.
- Export the categories to Siebel.
- Monitor the activities of the run-time Call Center environment.
