The Click-to-Call Cloud Service Call JavaScript API provides users with the necessary tools to create fully bespoke Click to Call GUIs. It also allows web-based chat clients to add the ability to escalate a chat session to a telephone call. It does this by providing a number of JavaScript methods and properties that can be used to initiate, monitor, and control a Click-to-Call Cloud Service Call session.
