Retrieving Your Engagement Organization ID

Perform the following steps from the Login screen if you forget your Engagement Organization ID.

1. Click Forgot my ID.
2. Enter your site’s gateway URL (for example, http://<ServerName>:8080 or http://<Server IPAddress>:8080).
3. Enter your Simphony EMC user name and password.
4. Click Recover Org Id. The Engagement Organization ID appears.
5. Click Back to Login to enter your Login credentials.
