This includes the Oracle CRM On Demand Disconnected Mobile Sales application. Administrators whose role includes the Manage Modification Tracking privilege can do the following in the UI.
Old modification tracking records (records that are 30 days or older) are permanently deleted whenever a regular purge of deleted items occurs in Oracle CRM On Demand. You can use the Modification Tracking service to query event records or to insert and delete records, if your role includes the Manage Modification Tracking privilege. Requests must include the correct record type name in the ObjectName field. For information about the record types supported for modification tracking, and the correct record type names to use in Web service requests, refer to Oracle CRM On Demand Online Help and supplemental documentation. Table 375 provides a list of the user key combinations for the modification tracking object. |
