on the server is less than expected. This is usually caused by a process that
has allocated a very large amount of memory over time.
Note:
For this alarm to clear, the underlying failure
condition must be consistently undetected for a number of polling intervals.
Therefore, the alarm may continue to be reported for several minutes after
corrective actions are completed.
