Operator: Sets the relationship between the parameter and the value. For example, if the operator is set to equals then the diameter message parameter must match the set value. |

Value: The value in the diameter message that the application routing rule uses to determine a match. The value field is required when the operator is equals, starts with, and ends with. The value field is disabled for the operators present, absent, and always true. |
