 Unlike JToolBar, you can make the items in the
 ControlBar right aligned, or bottom aligned if the orientation
 is vertical.
 Note: in order to implement the overflow behavior, components are removed
 from the JToolBar container by the layout manager. This removal
 happens only when the overflow toolbar is popped up. While the
 overflow popup is visible, methods such as Container.getComponentCount()
 may not return all items in the toolbar. The iterator() method
 provides a safe way to iterate over all components in the toolbar
 irrespective of whether the overflow is popped up.
