Updates the topology domain object based on the discovered cluster information and adds the cluster to the domain profile and clusterBindings

Parameters:

cluster - discovered environment cluster object

clusterParameterAlias - requested WLST cluster attributes

topologyDomain - the topology domain object which will be updated, based on the environmentTarget

refreshOnly - only update existing objects or attributes

topology - Topology object which will be updated with Server mappings and bindings

serverParameterAlias - requested WLST server attributes

topologyDomain - the topology domain object which will be updated, based on the environmentTarget

topologyOracleHome - the topology oracle home to be used for the update

refreshOnly - only update existing objects or attributes
