View Inherited Users in a Workspace User Group

User groups are automatically inherited by child workspaces and projects. If you select an inherited user group, you can view a list of all users inherited from parent workspaces.

To view inherited users:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace.
  2. In the object selector, beside a workspace name, select , and then select View Summary & Settings.
  3. On the Summary & Settings page, select User Groups.
  4. On the User Groups page, select an inherited user group, and then select the Users tab.
  5. On the Users tab, select View Inherited Users.
  6. Review the inherited users, and select OK.

    Note Inherited users within a user group must be enabled at the parent workspace in order for all assignments to be visible. See Workspace Security and Permissions for Inherited Data.
