Router Actions

Routers are responsible for reviewing submitted ideas and assigning an appropriate owner. They are assigned at the workspace level.

As a router, if you believe that an idea does not have enough information, you can reject the idea and then reach out to the creator in the discussion module to collaborate and update the idea with more information. After the idea has enough information, you can reopen it.

If you believe that an idea is worth considering, then you can assign an idea owner, who will then make a decision on the idea. Otherwise, you can reject the idea.
