Monitor a Resource Plan Scenario Review

Plan > Build a Portfolio Resource Plan > Resource Plan Approval Process Overview

Monitor review comments during the resource plan scenario review process using the Resource Planning page. Review comments are captured in the Discussion panel that belongs to each scenario.

To monitor a resource plan scenario review:

1. In the object selector, select a portfolio.
2. In the sidebar, hover over  Resources, and select Resource Planning.
3. On the Resource Planning page, select the scenario.
4. Select  Discuss to open the Discussion panel.

   Note: If no comments have been posted to the Discussion panel, the  Discuss icon is empty.

   To post a new comment:

   • In the Post a comment field, enter a comment, and select Post.

   To reply to a comment:

   • Select Comment.
   • In the Post a reply field, enter a reply, and select Reply.

Tips

• You cannot edit or delete a posted comment.
