Duplicate a Budget Planning Scenario

Create a new budget planning scenario by duplicating an existing scenario.

To duplicate a budget planning scenario:

  1. In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
  2. Select a portfolio name.
  3. From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning.
  4. On the Budget Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenariomenu.
  5. From the Actions menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Duplicate....
  6. In the Duplicate dialog box:
    1. Select the Scenario Type.
    2. Enter the New Scenario Name.
    3. Select the Planning Period.
  7. Select Duplicate.

You can also duplicate a budget planning scenario from Manage Scenarios:

  1. From the Actions menu, select Manage Scenarios....
  2. In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, select the context menu for the scenario, and then select Duplicate....
  3. In the Duplicate dialog box:
    1. Select the Scenario Type.
    2. Enter the New Scenario Name.
    3. Select the Planning Period.
  4. Select Duplicate.
  5. Close the Manage Scenarios dialog box.
