Delete a Budget Planning Scenario

To delete a budget planning scenario, the scenario must have a status of In Planning or Retired.

To delete a budget planning scenario:

  1. In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
  2. Select a portfolio name.
  3. From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning.
  4. On the Budget Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenario menu.
  5. From the Actions menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Delete.
  6. In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.

You can also delete a budget planning scenario from Manage Scenarios:

  1. From the Actions menu, select Manage Scenarios....
  2. In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, select the context menu for the scenario, and then select Delete.
  3. In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.
  4. Select Save.
