Approve or Reject a Proposed Risk

Users can propose project risks for inclusion in the Risk Library. After they are proposed, the risks appear on the Risk Library page with Proposed status and are ready for review.

You must have Library Risk privileges to approve or reject proposed library risks.

To approve or reject a risk proposed for the Risk Library:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Risk, and then select Risk Library.
  3. Select a risk with Proposed status, and in the risk Status column select Approved or Rejected.
  4. Select Save.

Tip

  • This task can also be performed from the risk "" Context menu.
  • To quickly filter the list to only display risks with Proposed or Approved status, select the Proposed or Approved button on the toolbar. Select the button again to display all library risks. The Proposed button displays the total number of proposed risks.
