Export a Scenario

Schedule Overview > Activities Overview > Activities Page Tools > Schedule Scenarios Overview

Export scenarios from Primavera Cloud to a single P6 XML or XER file. You must have the required global privilege to use the export functionality.

Note: Primavera Cloud supports scenarios exported as part of their current schedule or individual projects in XML format. Scenarios can only be exported from Primavera Cloud as individual projects in XER format.

To export scenarios to a P6 XML or XER file:

1. Navigate to the project Activities page
   1. In the object selector, select a project.
   2. In the sidebar, hover over  Schedule, and select Activities.
2. On the Activities page, select Actions , and then select Manage Scenarios.
3. Select Export to P6, or select the  Context menu next to a scenario, and then select Export P6 XML.
4. In the Export to P6 dialog box:
   1. In the Select Scenario field, select a scenario.

      If you used the  Context menu, then the Select Scenario field is pre-populated with your selected scenario.

   2. From the Export As drop-down list, select the file type for the exported file.
   3. Select Export.
