Delete a Notebook Topic from an Activity

Schedule Overview > Activities Overview > Activities Page Tools > Notebook Topics Overview

Delete a notebook topic to remove it from its assigned activity. You must have Edit privilege assigned for Activities in order to delete existing notebook topics from an activity. All notebook topic contents are deleted when the topic is deleted from an activity.

To delete a notebook topic from an activity:

1. Navigate to the Activities page
   1. In the object selector, select a project or program.
   2. In the sidebar, hover over  Schedule, and select Activities.
2. Ensure the Notebook Topics column is displayed on the Activities page.
   • In  Settings, Notebook Topics is located under General in the Columns tab. For more information, see the Configure a Column topic.
3. In the Notebook Topics field, select Notebook Topic .
4. In the Notebook Topics panel, select the  Context menu of the desired notebook topic, and then select Delete.
5. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box to delete the notebook topic.

   Note: The notebook topic is deleted from the activity, but still exists in the workspace and can be assigned to activities. To delete a notebook topic from the workspace, see Delete a Notebook Topic from a Workspace.
