Reviewing the Schedule Health Score Results Spreadsheet
After calculating the Schedule Health Score, you have the option to export and download a spreadsheet of the results. You can export data from the Schedule Health Score panel any time you make changes or perform health checks against a schedule variation.
Included within the spreadsheet workbook are individual data worksheets: the Schedule Health Score panel Summary sheet, a detailed sheet for each check category, and a Settings sheet. The Summary worksheet offers an overview of all of the worksheet contents. Information is organized into two sections: the overall Schedule Health Score and Individual Scores for each check.
The Schedule Health Score section provides the overall score percentage and a link to quickly open the Settings worksheet. Within the Individual Scores section, each row displays a check score with data organized by the following columns: Name, Status, Score, and Number of Activities. Items that display in green are considered to be On Track. Items that need review are yellow and marked Review. The Number of Activities column also provides an actionable link to open each worksheet.
You can also review the category worksheets for each line item by selecting a tab with the corresponding check name at the bottom of the workbook. Each worksheet contains all of the data from each check category marked Active on the Schedule Health Check tab in project Summary & Settings. The Settings worksheet, on the final tab, contains the current state of the Schedule Health Check settings for the project at the time of export.
See Configure Schedule Health Score Settings for more information about configuration options for the tool.
Note Before using the Schedule Health Score tool, you should schedule the project to ensure you are viewing all the latest results.
