Adding the Collect Proposal Data Task Step

Now that you have a workflow design, you can add the Collect Proposal Data task step. This step includes one task, the Collect Proposal Details form task. This form task requires the user to provide basic information about the proposed project.

To add the Collect Proposal Data task step:

  1. In the Workflow Design toolbar, select Add a task step and drag it onto the workflow design canvas.
  2. Position the new step below the Start step icon.
  3. In the Step area, in the Name field, enter Collect Proposal Data.
  4. In the Description text area, enter Collect basic information about the project proposal.
  5. In the Step area, select Add , and then select Form Task.
  6. In the Form Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Collect Proposal Details.
  7. In the Instructions text area, enter Enter the information required for this proposal.
  8. Select OK.
  9. In the Start step icon, selectDraw Path icon Draw connector line, and then select the Collect Proposal Data step icon.
  10. Select Save.
