Adding the Collect More Information Task Step

If the Risk Level of the proposal is set to High, Very High, or Not Identified, then the workflow starts the Collect More Information task step. It requires a user to provide more information.

To add the Collect More Information task step:

  1. In the Workflow Design toolbar, select the Add a task step icon and drag it onto the workflow design canvas.
  2. Position the new step to the right of the Evaluate Risk Level step.
  3. In the Step area, in the Name field, enter Collect More Information.
  4. In the Description text area, enter Collect additional information about the proposed project.
  5. Select Add , and select Form Task.
  6. In the Form Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Provide More Information.
  7. In the Instructions text area, enter Provide more information about this project.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Select Save.
