Working with Project Status Indicators

You can view the project status indicators from the Status Indicators tab on the project roadmap page. You can view the name of the status, the current and previous values, and the type of computation used to display the status. The status indicators are configured by your administrator and are displayed only if enabled by your administrator.

Setting the Status Manually

To manually set the status:

1. From the Status Indicator tab, select Edit.
2. Select Set Manual Status. This option displays only if the status indicator was set to Manual Calculation by your administrator.
3. Select a value.
4. Select Save.

Recomputing the Status

You can recompute the status indicators if the dates on the activity have changed or to display status indicators for an activity.

To recompute the status:

From the Status Indicator tab, select Recompute.
