In the Administrator role, you can select a hero image from a preexisting list of media in Commerce Cloud or upload a new image, and use that image as the default on the Oracle Commerce Assisted Selling Cloud Service Dashboard.
Log into the Commerce Cloud Dashboard using your admin user ID and password.
Click Settings.
Click Assisted Selling App Setting
Click on the Dashboard tab
Click Dashboard Hero Image
Upload a new image or select one from the Cloud Media Library. For your reference, the dashboard hero image would display in the section of the screen image to the right that is highlighted in red.
Select one image. For the iPad Retina, the recommended image size is 2048 by 630 pixels. For the non-Retina iPad, the recommended image size is 1024 by 315 pixels. Supported Formats include: jpg, png, jpeg, tiff, and gif. The image should not exceed 200mb.
