Changing Email Notifications as a General Contractor or Construction Manager

When logged into Submittal Exchange, select a project and go to the Project Team tab.

  1. Select the Team Member's email address. The Edit Team Member screen appears.
  2. Under the Member Email Settings section, choose the notifications the user should receive.
  3. Select Save.

    Notes:

    • General Contractors or Construction Managers who are not Project Leaders can edit team members from their own company as well as any Subcontractors on the project.
    • If you are unable to change email notification settings, contact your Project Leader.
