How to Download an Existing Archive
You can view and download an existing project archive or create a new archive. For more information on requesting a new archive, see topic How a Project Leader Can Request a New Archive.
To view and download an existing archive:
- Select a project and go to the Preferences tab.
- From the Project Preferences page, select Request Archive.
- From the Download Existing Archive page, select the Show existing archive details to view the details of the existing archive in read-only format.
- Select Download Existing Archive.
Note An event is logged when archives are requested and downloaded. You can view the event from the Event History page.
