Use the Geographic Management menu options to define codes for identifying countries, states, regions, languages, tax offices, postal codes, and similar characteristics associated with geography. You can use these codes for lookups, marketing, compliance, and reporting.
- From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, and then select Geographic Management.
- Select the option you want to configure from the Geographic Management menu. For example, select Regions to configure geographic region codes.
- Click New.
- Enter or select the required information, such as a code, a description, and so on.
- Click Save or Save and Continue.
