OMS29 – Customer Order Return |

Description |
OMS will send ReSA a transaction when it is notified by POS or RWMS that a return has been processed in the store or warehouse. For returns at the warehouse, this will include both the virtual store where the return will be processed and the actual warehouse where the return occurred. For in store returns, this will include only the physical store where the return occurred. Logic exists in ReSA to prevent returns from being processed twice if this transaction is also received from POS. |
