POS63 – Returnable Flag

Description |
RMS will publish a returnable flag indicator as part of its item feed.
POS should use the returnable flag sent from to determine whether or not an item is returnable. This will be used to accept or reject customer returns when being processed in the store. If a non-returnable item is brought into the store, it will be a business process defined by the retailer to determine how to resolve. |
