RMS208 – Customer Order Cancel

Description |
OMS should communicate order cancellation for released orders to RMS and SIM. OMS should not delete line items on the order, but give them a cancel status, so there is still visibility to the original order.
The order cancellation messages will include a status - either Cancel Request or Approved Cancel.
SIM will process cancel requests and respond back to indicate what was actually able to be cancelled. SIM will ignore all Approved Cancels.
RMS will process Approved Cancels for all order types and ignore all cancel requests - it is assumed that OMS will not send Cancel Requests for non-store fulfilled orders. |
