SIM118 – Customer Order Cancel Confirmation

Description |
OMS should communicate order cancellation for released orders to RMS and SIM. OMS should not delete line items on the order, but give them a cancel status, so there is still visibility to the original order.
The order cancellation messages will include a status - either Cancel Request or Approved Cancel.
SIM will process cancel requests and respond back to indicate what was actually able to be cancelled. |
